"The Doctor Staff is very friendly and the always go above and beyond. Dr. Campos has been treating me for 11 years for Multiple Myeloma. He is a very caring and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Luis T. Campos because he cares and make sure your questions are answered and welcome other problems and fears related to the Myeloma that you might have."

"“Very” unfriendly, stern, and a “very cold” doctor who “never” smiles “plus”unfair billing (billed “over one year” for a bogas service). I called her office to inquire, her office male billing account representative said he will look into it. He called me back and said that because it (the so called procedure and billing) was over a year ago and because the billing was sent so late to me that he will zero it out and that i would not owe for that bill because of their extremely late billing. About 3 weeks later, I got a call from the medical group billing Dr Sasaki belongs to that was “not from her office” about paying the “the same” bogus bill that her office patient account representative said that he would zero out.???! One very positive note: Dr Sasaki was “excellent at explaining why I had to have a mastectomy” and the only office visit where I would actually give her a 5 star excellence. I can’t grade her on the actual surgery since I had my plastic surgeon who she recommended and who is actually an excellent plastic surgeon who partnered with Dr Sasaki during my mastectomy. So for the lymph nodes and the cancer excision I pray that Dr Sasaki got it all out. The wonderful plastic surgeon did everything else perfectly plus the plastic surgeon also did an excellent job in sedating me for the surgery while Dr Sasaki looked on. So initially, I was going to give Dr Sasaki a zero but that was not available. As I wrote my reason for the score to give her, I wanted to be fair and the reason why I upgraded from a zero. I hope this helps you to decide if you want this very unfriendly doctor who never smiles. I will change to another surgeon but for now it appears I will not be needing a surgeon service/ Dr Sasaki’s service anymore anyway. Thank you God. "
