" I had to wait almost 4 weeks for the Dr. Rasavi to fill out paperwork for my diabetic supplies. After speaking to 6 different people over 3 week all telling me the same thing, "they will try to get Dr. Razavi to sign the form" and it was not signed and faxed for almost 4 weeks. My supplier called them and sent them the form to be signed by the doctor 6 times before she finally signed the form and faxed it back that's what I was told. This was very neglent, extremely anyong and time consuming I have not check my sugar for over 4 weeks now and I still need to wait until the supplies are shipped, very irresponsible. "
