General Dentists - Litchfield, NH

"I am deeply concerned about Dr. Popkova's unethical practices and blatant disregard for patient rights and confidentiality. As a dentist, she has repeatedly attempted to access medical records without proper authorization, coercing patients into signing forms they do not understand. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also a direct violation of HIPAA laws designed to protect patient privacy. Moreover, Dr. Popkova frequently diagnoses conditions outside her scope of expertise as a dentist, causing unnecessary alarm and confusion among her patients. This kind of overreach is both irresponsible and dangerous. It is clear that Dr. Popkova's actions compromise the trust and safety that should be inherent in a patient-dentist relationship. Given these serious infractions, I believe this matter must be brought to the attention of the Department of Health immediately. Dr. Popkova's license should be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate measures taken to ensure she cannot continue to exploit her patients' trust and violate their rights. This behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed to protect current and future patients from such misconduct."
