"This office is by referral only, and their practice is to auto-schedule a patient for service, without input on availability from patient. With the consideration of COVID-19 restrictions and the implementation of telehealth, I generally give grace to medical offices just trying to make it work. Despite those considerations the wait times for multiple service appointments were inordinately long and front office staff were consistently rude. Dr. Patel himself was competent and had good bedside manner. The Nurse Practitioner also had good bedside manner, but I was not provided copies of my test results for review with her during the follow-up appointment to understand the diagnosis and recommended treatment plan. I had to specifically ask for my test results to be transmitted to my primary care provider. All of this indicates poor office management and a directive, non-collaborative approach to patient care. "

"I accompanied my 89 year old mother to her initial, and two additional, appointments with Dr. Gill before deciding to leave his care. Gill was abrupt, impatient, condescending, and even eye-rolling. No patient deserves this kind of treatment."
