WORST experience I have had with a Dr to date. In my initial visit after my consultation, another Dr burst into the room, sat down, and started discussing another patient with their info clearly visible on a computer to myself. I told him he was not my Dr and he left but the other patient info was still available and visible to me (major HIPPA violation). The first 5 visits, Dr Choi didn't even know who I was. Meaning: she did not review my information to prepare for the visits, being a new patient there was NO discussion about my medical action plan, the initial visits she clearly does not know me as a patient well enough to not reference my intake form. At the end of each visit, the only thing the Dr wanted to review was my insurance information. her main concern was payment, not my patient plan. when a closed room was not available to work on me, she had a temporary hanging window covering and I was exposed, in an open office area,  with other patients and Drs walking by. She also left me in a room for over an hour on the table and forgot about me until the last patient was done. she tried to say she gave me 'extra rest time'. She and the massage therapist would gossip the entire time I was being massaged - I could tell you all details about her Uber drive to work and her Christmas vacation. She never performed actual chiro services on me either, knowing my deductible was hit for the year she only did acupuncture but claimed chiro services to my insurance. extremely unprofessional, dirty,. only concerned with billing instead of patient care. I strongly encourage any other chiropractor outside of Dr Choi.

A chiropractor and acupuncturist with a heart.  She was very well trained in her field.  And she provides less invasive chiropractic and acupuncture therapy. Her patients all love her.
