This office does not have a good scheduling system. Remember that once you do your sleep study, you may not be able to see them for a follow up until 4 months or so. On top of it, keep in mind that they may cancel your appointment few days/weeks before your appointment and you might be asked to reschedule again and wait another few months. Below is my experience:
I had an appointment with Dr. Vivek Jain on January 13. I met him that day, did a sleep therapy study later and returned the kits for a follow up study and appointment.
When I asked for follow up appointment, they said I would not be able to meet my doctor until June (about 4 months of wait time) and booked me with Dr. Hunley (a nurse practitioner) on April 1st (April 1st was itself about 2 months of wait time but I had no other options although I wanted to be seen by Dr. Jain). Now, after waiting so many weeks, they have cancelled my appointment with Dr. Hunley! I called them and they told me that Dr. Hunley is leaving them on April 3rd or 4th and she has cancelled my appointment on April 1st.
I asked them if they could book me with a different doctor or nurse practitioner and they told me they were unable to do so until June.
This is definitely a terrible place to do sleep study and I would recommend against scheduling appointments with them. Now, I am trying to release my test results so that I can take them elsewhere.
Such a waste of time.
By the way, I was not called about my appointment cancellation. I got a notification through Follow-my-health (online application) and I called myself to see what is going on.

I was diagnosed with OSA early 2016 and saw Dr. Jain. He is a good listener and tries his best to help.
