He doesn't have a patient's best interest at heart

Mr. Petrella evaluated my mother at Springside Nursing Home in Pittsfield, MA twice, but forgot that he did the first evaluation. He evaluated her as normal on the MMSE, but still suggested she should be locked in their facility, which was illegally holding her for the insurance money. It took me 2 months in probate court to get my own mother out of this facility. His evaluation was clearly swayed to help Bane Care's bottom line, and I'll never forgive him for what he did. Do not trust him to care about a patient. He is bought and will evaluate a patient depending upon what his superiors tell him to do. My mother told him that statins were causing memory loss, which studies show on numerous occasions, but because she said that, he thought she was delusional. He doesn't even keep up with any health studies as well.
