A sign was posted on the door of his office that announced a $50 penalty for patients who are late or who fail to cancel an appt.  A similar sign was at the receptionist desk where another sign announced "Dr Young is 1 hour behind".  I was called back about 40 minutes after my scheduled appt time.  At my second appt he was almost an hour late. Seems a little one-sided. As is my practice, I arrived about 10 min early. I was not offered a reward. When I would call the office I was reminded of the $50 penalty.
