I've seen psychologist's, psychiatrist's, and therapists on and off for approximately 25 years, largely for depression, but also anxiety more recently.  I found them to be "listener's who offered little real help.  Dr. Siegel has been amazing.  She has counseled me through the worst part of my life when overwhelmed by many outside events.  I have recommended her to friends.  She is her own "office and staff", so don't be misled when I score a 5.  She is more polite than any office staff I've ever dealt with.  I could not recommend her highly enough.
