Thanks to Dr. Berdia I am able to use my hand without pain. He clearly explained all of the options for care and helped me to make informed decisions. He listened actively, provided extensive explanations, and took the time to answer my questions. He was punctual for my initial appointment and follow-ups. Scheduling virtual appointments was easy. It was helpful that virtual appointments were available on weekends. The only time a virtual appointment before mine ran a few minutes over, Dr. Berdia sent an update before my appointment to let me know. I appreciated his clear, timely communication. I interacted with the employees at two of the Orthopaedic Center's locations. Everyone who helped me at both offices was pleasant, efficient, and helpful.
