Attention Dr. Choe Chung, 
I am writing to you this letter to complaint about the unsatisfactory service that I received as a new patient at your clinic on 9/27/2021. Dr. Sung Choe MD Office in San Dimas. 
First, I had to wait 1 ½ hour in the lobby even though I arrived before my appointment.  What is the whole point of making appointment if the patient is forgotten? 
Second, I found your front window clerk (MA) to be very rude. When I approached the window and questioned that I had not been called.  The medical assistance offensively stated that “it is my responsibility to tell her when I was ready”. 
What a disappointment, patients always have to pay the high price even with their lives for the disrespect of others. I hope that Dr. Sung Choe finds my review and corrects his clinic work ethics, as this was a waste of my time and not a normal style of communication. I find it hard to believe that you would knowingly employ such an unprofessional medical assistant clerk to represent your office.

Try to make an appointment gave all the Insurance information and they advised could not find in there computer. Had my insurance call then and they gave them all the info. They advised me they would call me back ( Dr office ). Once they did and try to make appointment, they  ask why was the appointment I advised it was a consultation with the Dr due to my primary Dr said I need t see a specialist. I advised the receptionist it was for a "Consultation " . She refused to set up an appointment. Why can't a Patient have a private consultation with a Dr that specialized on a problem or concern that a patient has..I believe this is so unprofessional
