Biography

Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: As a middle and high school student, I found the education process fascinated me. I marveled at the ability of my teachers to connect with their students. After high school I had some serious personal medical struggles. After recovering and moving past this, the aspects of my care that again resonated most with me were how some of the physicians took their time to help thoroughly educate me about my condition-from disease to treatment. This started me down a path to try to do the same for others. My absolute favorite part of my job is sitting down with patients and just teaching. What I want my patients to know about me: I am extremely passionate about preventative care.
