My wife and I had an appointment scheduled weeks ago for tomorrow. Just NOW received a call from them claiming they couldn't see us until after Oct 1 because of the "insurance transfer". I suppose they mean changing the primary care dentist (we had to do this BEFORE even making the appt, which again we did weeks ago!!). Disgusted by the timing of this, we both arranged our schedules to be there tomorrow! Terrible!
