I went in for a teeth cleaning on March 9, a standard procedure which is fully covered by my insurance. This dental office charged me an expensive fee for a "special" fluoride rinse which they claimed was not covered by my insurance. When my insurance company sent me paperwork a few weeks later disproving the erroneous charge, I tried to contact the dental office via multiple phone calls and emails for a refund. They never returned any calls or emails. I will not go back to this office, and I would advise others not to use their service.
