I requested some lab work that she immediately dismissed and would not provide services for. The visit was so fast it felt like I wasn't even helped. No one took the time to LISTEN. She also recorded me without saying why she was recording my visit from her phone. I did not sign any paperwork providing any consent to do so. Over the past few years, Dr. Bonds' attitude and demeanor has shifted and she definitely doesn't have the same spark as before when she actually took the time to HEAR her patients and provide services requested or required for treatment.
