So they have employees, former employees, and family leave 5 Star reviews and his attorney made a demand to remove negative review BEFORE he would correct what HE did wrong in the first place. This is a real, truthful review from a real client with a cut and paste word for word email I received.

I sought help for PTSD from SA trauma. I came to therapy already diagnosed with PTSD. Instead Shane ignored and diagnosed generic depression. He claims there will be an accurate diagnosis but somehow he ignored for two years why I was seeking help. He claims there will be an individualized treatment plan. Not only was a plan not individualized there never was a treatment plan the entire two years I was a client. After he quit by email while I was in crisis  he then fabricated three treatment plans.  It is a horrible experience for a therapist to not do what is in the informed consent. He gladly took my money for two years. I apparently paid for him to dismiss why I was there and to waste not only my money but more important the time I could have been healing. What an awful thing to do. He couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum of his job. And don’t even get me started on Sabina’s poor behavior. Absolutely the most toxic experience and behavior I have ever encountered.
