Dr Romaine was my PT doc after a lumbar spinal surgery and guided me through 8 weeks of rehab, and the overall experience was excellent.  He is deeply knowledgeable, both theoretical physiology and practical application - and helped to give me the confidence to stretch, exercise, and build back strength without risking any re-injury, which was my main concern.  He gave me ample tools to understand what exercises were for what purpose, and helped me design a take-home program for long term maintenance.  Having had mediocre PT before I was skeptical, but Dr. Romaine was absolutely brilliant, as well as friendly and personable.  I can't thank him enough for giving me the tools and confidence to get back to 100% after a serious injury and surgery.
