I recently had my ankle repaired by Dr. Rigby.  I was able to get an appointment quickly and schedule a MRI and then the operation.  Because of a new computer system at the hospital my surgery was pushed from its original date.  After the nurse rescheduled me Dr. Rigby called just so he could apologize for any inconvenience. (I have never had a Doctor do that before.)
I never felt rushed during an appointment. He explained everything and answered every question.
The surgery involved removing scar tissue and anchoring tendons in four places.  I never had to take painkillers after the surgery.

I have had 3 joints repaired now. This was my best experience from the initial appointment to recovery.
