Dr Ardoin was born and raised in Eunice, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University and achieved early acceptance into the LSU Medical Center School of Dentistry. He is the past president of the C Edmund Kells Honor Society and a recipient of the Arceneaux Award for Research Excellence. He completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at LSU Medical Center School of Dentistry Hospital in New Orleans while also obtaining his Ph.D. in cellular biology in the Department of Anatomical Sciences. Dr Ardoin has been in private practice in the Acadiana area since 1995.
