I didn't actually get an appointment scheduled as the process is ridiculous and creates delays in even trying to obtain an appointment; the situation was worsened by the rudeness of the office person at the counter. The front office staff is a reflection of the practice, I do not want to see this doctor based on this negative experience, I am sure there are other practices that make it easier to get an appointment and have pleasant staff.
