Dr. Friedmanwas very far behind schedule, I waited in the little room for almost and hour. Then he was not very friendly, very cold.  Once I finally got my glasses 2 weeks later I  could not wear them. Took them back to the optical center and they check them against the prescription and said they were correct. I was told to have my eyes rechecked (which I did not pay for). Had to go to there Eldersburg office in order to get a recheck done with out waiting 2 weeks for another appointment. When I again saw Dr. Friedman in Eldersburg he told me that someone, and I quote "Someone wrote me the wrong prescription.  He did not acknowledge that he wrote the original prescription or apologize for his error. I will never go to Total Eye Care again.
