I was able to call and get a same day appointment. I called that morning and was scheduled late that evening. I was seen 45 minutes after the appointment time. I understand that things happen that can throw the schedule off but that late evening is what was available. Once in the office, Dr. Franklin and his nurse were friendly, accommodating, and answered all my questions. Labs and prescriptions were ordered. Although very late in the evening, Dr. Franklin and his nurse did all the measures necessary to get me back to comfortable and healthy. If you want a thorough doctor who listens to your goals for your health. He is your doctor of choice. Being a military family member and having seen many different doctors across this country, he is a top notch all about his patient's care doctor. He is my doctor by choice. Until he retires or we leave Augusta, he is The Doctor.

Friendly doctor that seems to have dementia. I've been a patient going on two years. I've had some issues getting prescriptions for pain. I've told the doctor that I don't do opiates but have a problem with ibuprofen that causes seizures and nsaids that raise blood pressure and after a recent visit to change antibiotic prescription Dr Franklin gave me a script that causes tendons to rupture and joints to flair up after diagnosing me with athritis sorry don't know the correct spelling for that. I'm an impartial paraplegic that suffers from nerve damage and muscle spasms so knowing that why would he prescribe ciprofloxacin that causes joint pain and ruptured tendons? I'm looking for a new doctor
