I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with Emily Frances Jones. She was rude, belittling, and did nothing to treat me nor address my concerns.

Did not even get to see the doctor. Receptionist told me I needed to call Aetna to change my PCP while I was filling out the paperwork. Aetna said they would change the PCP and give me a confirmation number but it could take 24 hours to 3 days to actually reflect. I asked if I could keep my appt using the confirmation number that Aetna provided. She said no, I will have to make a new appointment. Then she says they don't have any more appts with the doctor and I could see a nurse practitioner. Then those appts are several weeks out. I think she was basically concerned about going home early.
