It is hard to put into words the level of excellence of the care we receive from Dr. Soto - it truly is above and beyond what we've ever experienced. She talks directly to my child during the visit and invites her to be an active participant in her care. She starts by putting her at ease, and then asks questions about what's wrong and listens attentively to her responses. My daughter does not receive this kind of attention or respect from most of the adults in her life, and so visits to this office do more than keep her healthy - they give her a sense of a deeper self worth and pride in the responsibility that she can take in keeping herself healthy. Remarkably, this office always seems to run on time AND we never feel rushed. Scheduling is easy, and follow-up is quick! I don't know if Dr. Soto has any idea what kind of impact she is making in the lives of so many parents and children. We are so grateful to her!

In my ten year old son's words, "Dr Soto and all the staff were easy to talk to. They listened patiently. I like going there." I'm blown away every time we come by the kindness and attentiveness with which this whole team treats their patients and their parents. Dr Soto answers every question we have and we never feel rushed. Everyone seems to genuinely like each other and their work. Truly a five star experience. So grateful to have found this clinic!

Dr Soto was wonderful. Explained very well her opinion and helped me to choose the best course of action. My daughter laughed and played the whole time and Dr Soto engaged with her very well.
