Sad man. Luddite. Diagnosed my husband, reports the diagnosis to the DMV, spends maybe 30 minutes with him and won't provide me with a letter so I can try to secure our finances. He or his admin sells organic eggs and junky jewelry in the waiting room. Said I'd have to wait for my husband to clean out our bank accounts before he would help.
