I spent more time talking to the MA than the time I spent with the doctor, she walked in didn’t even introduce herself, since I was a new patient, it looked like she was in a hurry to get out of the room. Of all of my concerns I told the MA she focused on one and just told me my insurance didn’t cover that medication. Her words “what do YOU want to do about it?”. I was just thinking, you’re the doctor you’re supposed to talk to your patient and give them options. She just told me my insurance wasn’t going to cover what I wanted when I know there’s a lot of more options we can do. I’ve read bad and good reviews about her but I guess I was not one of the lucky patients to get treated right. Will never go back to her office. Doctor doesn’t even pay attention to what you’re trying to explain, cuts you off in the middle of talking and just shows that she doesn’t care what you’re there for.
