I have been referred to a lot of doctors and labs lately and this is the first one who looked me in the eye and talked to me instead of staring at a computer screen. He gave me paper copies of my tests so we could look at them together and discuss them. I filled out a paper questionnaire about my own sleep experience and then he discussed it with me. He took the time to discuss my questions. It made me literally cry with relief to feel like I was LISTENED to for the first time in this experience. He walked me to the desk to get some information about my condition. I intend to look for other doctors like him.
