I'm a 60yr old who has had exceptional dentists and hygienists my entire life. I unfortunately had to choose a new dentist due to my insurance removing my previous dentist from their coverage. 
Great Expressions in Granbury has a run down office with an inexperienced hygienist who only flosses and polishes your front teeth. She then tells you to continue brushing and walks out. The whole hygienist visit took less than 10 minutes for a 6 month cleaning that I could have had a dental hygienist student perform. 
I believe this office is overcharging and under delivering. I hope this complaint saves future prospective patients from visiting this office and receiving sub par care.
