I was new to the US and I went to Dr Jalota's office because my daughter was badly sick. Even though I filled all the forms online I had to fill them again at the office. The doctor was late. The bedside manner was not good as my daughter cried all the time – we saw another doctor right after and everything went perfectly. He was just rough. He prescribed antibiotics for a bronchitis, which are absolutely not necessary unless you're certain it's a bacterial infection.

So overall, only the staff was OK, except that they issued the invoice from another doctor and not Dr Jalota. I had to go back to explain the issue. When the right invoice was issued, I saw he charged $400 to the insurance. I know doctors are expensive, but $400 just for seeing my daughter for 10mins?!

Overall then, really bad experience, even more because we just arrived in the US at the time. I wanted to wait before writing this review as I thought maybe this is regular here, but it's not.
