I love everything about this office from the staff in the front to Dr. Chartier to her NP Jessica Chhan. I am listened to, and respected. There is no judgement or shame brought upon me for my constant struggles with my weight. I send messages that get returned promptly. Refills of my medication are always timely. I can not say enough about the wonderful bedside manner of Dr. Chartier and Jessica Chhan. I never feel rushed or brushed off.       Thank You Dr. Chartier and your wonderful office!!!!
