I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Dr. McGuiness and his team. He fit me in during his hectic schedule for an emergency skin issue. His staff was patient, kind, and empathetic. I find that a lot of dermatologists waste your time with miscellaneous follow-up office visits, prescribing maybe one OTC medication per visit and not really being aggressive about your treatment plan. Meanwhile, you are racking up the charges in office visits and not getting your issue properly taken care of. Dr. McGuiness, on the other hand, is the polar opposite of this. He tackled my issue head-on, waisting no time and offering an aggressive treatment plan (which I loved and which worked!). I couldn't be happier with the results, I appreciate him immensely, and I would recommend him to anyone looking.

I can't give zero stars but that is certainly what they deserve.  My dogs Vet is more professional. The absolute worst most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with.
