Dr Carelli is the only person who has provided the correct prescription. I saw him back in 2016, and now 2025 I finally found the receipt showing which doctor, and location that provided the service. I've been tro several doctors since, and not a single one even comes close to correct examination. Dr. Carelli got it done with aces in the first shot. Unfortunately he doesn't take my Aetna HMO, so I write this while on hold with Aetna to see if they can make an exception. Fingers crossed
