Biography

In his practice, Michael Hwang, M.D., primarily treats conditions of the upper extremity, but also does some general orthopedic surgery, such as fracture care. His core philosophy is shared decision-making. He enjoys educating patients about their condition, explaining the treatment options, and helping them choose which course of action will best fit their personality and lifestyle. Established in 1921, The Portland Clinic is Oregon’s oldest, private, multi-specialty medical group.
