He is the kindest most thoughtful doctor I have ever dealt with. I am a physician and I think his medical practice is above board and you could not find a better doctor than doctor Aranda. He calls you himself with test results and to see how you are doing. He is the epitome of a family doctor.

You are only as good as those you hire to support you. Unfortunately, Dr. Aranda's staff is as close to incompetent as they come. We've struggled through years of having to deal with his staff because we like him as our doctor. Every single interaction we wonder why we continue to be put through it. Prescription re-fills are a 2-3 week endeavor. Pre-authorizations or changes to Rx's are at best a 3-4 week ordeal. You will be told by the staff that they will call you back to confirm something and 5 days later you will have not received a call. Call several days later to confirm the status of a request and they will be unable to find the initial request....just a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, not because Dr. Aranda is a bad doctor, he's great, but because he and his partner have hired completely incompetent and/or untrained people.
