I have been seeing Dr. Dong for over two years. She is consistently very, very late. She also can't seem to manage the technology for telehealth visits and usually ends up just calling on the phone.  These calls are very short and not very informative, so I try to go for in-person visits when possible, although that is dangerous if you are immunocompromised.   I believe she cares about her patients, but doesn't explain things and doesn't send you home with an after-visit report or instructions like every other doctor I've seen in the last 15 years.
