Total of two and a half hours before I saw the doctor for my appointment.  And this seems to happen every time I go.  I love Dr. Raouf. He's professional and caring, but I can't take a full day off from work for every appointment.   While I was there two other individuals came in and spoke to the desk indicating they had appointments for the same time I did. That is triple booking.  I'm going to find a different doctor.
