Dr. Frances is  a wonderful, caring and professional doctor. I have been a patient of his for many years. He is pleasant, thorough and takes the time to talk to you. He listens and answers all/any questions you may have with patience, professionalism and so you can understand the medical aspect. I think he is one of the best eye doctors I have ever visited. I have diabetes and he always is so thorough with all my tests so I know he is on top of anything right away that may take place in my eyes. I do look forward to my appointments every year with him and he always leaves me with peace of mind.  Thank you gotta your great service…Mary Lehnert
