Best 5 minutes I've spent with a surgeon....well rehearsed and delivered diagnosis....I know it's a routine diagnosis for the surgeon...felt rushed....but then again surgeons aren't know for bedside manners....and the staff has adopted a similar pattern of interaction....kinda felt like I went thru a McDonald's drive thru window.....
