I have been a patient of Dr. Wagner for over 15 years. He is always punctual, if he is (rarely) a few minutes late, he apologizes. (sheesh, 3 minutes?) His personality is calming, friendly, and kind. I'm not a huge fan of the office staff. The check in and check out ladies are nice. But trying to call, to have routine things handled, not so good.  I find if I leave Dr. Wagner a voice mail, magically, it happens.  This is the doctor that gave me hope, gave me words for my feelings, and a name for what I was going through. Literally, he saved my life, he is the reason I am here today. After all this time, and all that I have shared with him, I feel like he is a friend. He's been there for everything, good  and bad. And just a phone call away.
