Thing I don’t understand is unlike other psychiatrists that are either accepting patients or not, here you have to answer a few questions about your illness and medication, fair enough, OK I’m too extreme or really I don’t know why refused (which ok, it’s their right).  But if you inquire to receptionist about this be prepared for rudeness and defensiveness.  She says Office mgr can call back, fine.  She calls at end of day and is the rudest person I have ever, (and I worked in retail) yells over you, talks down to you as if you’re a child and of course, par for the course hangs up on you.  And it’s like do they realize I’m giving them business, my insurance has at least 75 psychiatrists, it’s no skin off my back, I just don’t like being treated as a second class citizen for mental health, get over yourselves, you’re not the only one and obviously not the best.  I was just curious how I fail a four question intake assessment as it’s called.  That being said I really can’t comment though on Dr Freeman himself, he may be great.  But once you hear office staff, no thank you Sir.
