It's impossible to get an appt, if you get sick and need to go, they only refer you to go to urgent care where the wait time is also bad for a cough and cold. I called and waited 16 min to get ahold of a rep to tell me to wait a bit more, it was not a rush time frame, i waited a total of 24 min for them to tell me there is not an app for about 1.5 mo out. The office should not take more patients if they cannot duly service the clients they have. It's a BUSINESS AND NOT A CARE PLACE.
