Dr. Margaret K. Jones, DMD

Started seeing her to repair something another dentist messed up. She complained for each return visit. I showed up for what felt like a possible final bite fitting just to have her decide it was time for a cleaning, even though I had one just three months prior and I had told her no to at the previous visit. So not only did she talk condescendingly to me for the majority of each meeting, even demanding I communicate differently, cutting me off mid sentence, and refusing to call me by my preferred name. She even had the gal to complain about bad reviews and having to pay to have them removed… 

I gave her chance after chance to be respectful, kindly adjusting her assumptions on my intellect… nothing worked. Deciding to do a service that I am sure is not covered by my insurance at this time is the final straw. I said no. My no matters. If she doesn’t value it, she loses me as a client and yea… I will share my experience. People don’t have a right to dismiss a whole human just because they get paid to do a service. 

Oh and I need to share the story about her complaining to me about a client that called her out for bullying them into buying her chocolate. . . Why was she sh!t talking a client to another one? Idk maybe because she thought I would bring her chocolate for doing the job she is paid to do, too? I really wanted to be grateful for helping me after another dentist screwed my tooth up, but I can’t be grateful to anyone that usurps my autonomy and doesn’t complete the task she claimed she would while complaining about doing it.
