I feel like the office staff are quick to greet patients when they walk in.  They are pleasant yet professional.  When my appointment is finished and I am leaving, they make sure to say goodbye or to have a good day.  They are prompt to call me back but sometimes I have to wait a while for Dr. Naron.  Once Dr. Naron comes into the treatment room, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable about my health history.  He is very responsive to my needs and will answer any questions that I may have.  I don't ever feel like he is rushing me to hurry up and I feel truly listened to about my health concerns.  I have been going to him for years and his respect for me and other patients that I am friends with have also expressed what a wonderful doctor he is.  I truly appreciate his dedication to his patients.

We were unsuccessful to find an appointment Dr.Naron for any sickness. For annual check up, we can wait for a month, but for any health issue, his staff never give us an appointment and there were rude over the phone. for hand numbness, my wife is trying to get an appointment and his staff said, they have an appointment after 5 weeks. Seriously??? They suggested to go to emergency if it is life threatened.. How do we know if it is life threatened or not and the only way to see is get some advise from him. Next worst thing is, their patient portal.. are you kidding us? what do you expect from sick patient to inform everything through limited portal message? I would recommend a doctor who can take care of you and Dr Naron is not that kind..
