The doctor and staff are professionals. They report facts to me and about me in a clinical and concise manner. All staff are professional and precise in their actions and responses. I especially like the FollowMyHealth Portal that gives me prompt information from lab results and office visits. It maintains records in the portal that I can review at any time. The doctor and staff are quick to respond to my messages on the portal saving me greatly in time and personal record keeping. Dr. Patton gives me clinical and anecdotal information when I ask questions about my health and wellness. I never feel rushed nor do I feel my time is wasted with non-health issues.
