Kimberly Sterner exceeded my expectations! She is amazing and made me feel heard and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process of my visit that day and any other concerns I had. She provided me with solutions to my concerns and just followed through great throughout the entirety of my appointment from start to finish. She was just as kind over the phone when she called me with the results as she was in person. I would definitely recommend her to any woman in my life that is nervous about Pap smears and wants a smooth and easy experience.
