I never had this kind of experience with any other provider. The staff is very poor in response and no knowledge about basics. Billing department is horrible and very rude. The treatment plan information changes over night and not matches to what initially proposed. If you ask any questions they respond that your insurance is no longer comes in-network. I surprised how does my insurance goes out of network in one day. This will not be true when I contact my insurance. So, be careful if you are taking any procedures with this facility.
