I have been seeing Dr. Pages for 10 years.  There are 3 kinds of doctors:  those who genuinely care, those who pretend they care, and those who don't even pretend that they care.   Dr. Pages is one of the few that I put in the first category.  You can email him, and he responds (one time, I found out later that he was on vacation when he responded).
