Never ever be alone with her in an exam room. She has never performed routine exams and falsified my file with fake exam results then billed me and my insurance for those exams.  She withheld my medications in an effort to force me into additional office visits even though I just saw her 2 weeks earlier to get my medications refilled. She will pull her chair up close to you, get really close to your face, look you right in the eyes pretending to care. DO NOT TRUST HER!  Please read your after office visit chart notes, if she has put exam result comments regarding exams she never performed on you, PLEASE file a complaint with the Dept. of Heath. Choose any doctor but this one.
