Jon has been my provider since I came to Providence. He has always been thoughtful and attentive, when I pointed out my concerns on a specific test result he responded with empthy and compassion. He made sure to have it retested 6 months later and made sure each round of tests always include this specific test. We review the test each year now and I am quite satisfied he has my best health in mind always

Dr Hartinger is a very thorough and thoughtful physician. He is prepared, listens extremely well and gives advice and practical medical guidance is a kind and comprehensive way. He was also careful to refer to a specialist when a medical condition was beyond his expertise as a primary care physician. I have been very fortunate to have very good PCPs over the years, and Dr Hartinger is one of the best.

Providence system is superior. Dr Hartinger didn't seem very invested or interested in me. I felt like a line item on a to-do list. I feel like I got a couple obvious answers to questions I asked, answers that I already had. I was hoping to have more engagement and partnership with my PCP. I wonder if this isn't a good fit.
