I needed help fast for an ear infection that had gone beyond urgent cares capabilities. His office had an extremely easy way to book an appointment online (and you can see all available times!!) without needing to call in. Further, I could prefill all the paperwork so I didn't have to do the mad scramble in office before the appointment. The staff were kind, and I was in to see the doctor at my time.

Dr Won was extremely nice, and made me feel at ease. I'm generally pretty awkward, so it was nice. He didn't even frown when I derped and tried to correct him on left vs right (he knew obviously, and just wanted to check the healthy ear out first). To be fair, I've lost a lot of sleep lately due to the increasing infection, so I was extra dumb to be honest 

He fixed up my problem gently, quickly, and answered my questions. I am very grateful for his time and the service I received.

On August 5, 2021 I had an appointment at the ENT Institute in Lawrenceville, GA to see Dr. Johnny Won. When I entered the office wearing a mask, I noticed that none of the staff had on masks. I thought it was odd given the new CDC Guidelines and this was a medical office. This was the first doctor's office I have visited during the pandemic where mask were not worn by the staff and patients. The only thing this office did was to take my temperature. When I asked the nurse about why the staff was maskless she said mask are not required for fully vaccinated persons. I told her that was not what the CDC said. She then said it was optional and she was standing 6 ft away from me. I then spoke with Dr. Won who also was not wearing a mask about the issue and he stated mask aren't required for fully vaccinated and that the staff had been vaccinated. He never asked me whether I was fully vaccinated or not. Also there were other patients in the office not wearing masks. At this point I informed the doctor that I was uncomfortable and cancelled my appointment.
